Jessica + Jeremy Marfa Wedding | Sneak Peek

When Jeremy and Jessica initially asked us to photograph their wedding, James and I had plans to be traveling Europe on their wedding day. The more I thought about it though, I knew it was going to be a wedding we weren’t going to want to miss. James and I ended up delaying our trip a month or so (we are leaving tomorrow!) and agreed to shoot their wedding. It turned out to be one of our better decisions. Not only did we have an amazing time, but the wedding was an absolute dream. Jeremy and Jess rented out El Cosmico in Marfa for the entire weekend. If you haven’t been to El Cosmico, it’s probably one of the most stylish campgrounds you’ll ever come across and it’s in the middle of the west Texas desert. It’s the perfect setting to host your own little slice of paradise. I’m so happy to have been a part of your day, Jess and Jeremy, congratulations and lots of love to you both!!

Misty + Marlon | Austin Engagement Session on the Farm

Misty is one of my oldest friends and I had so much fun with her and Marlon on this shoot. My dear friends, Joy and Evan, let us use their amazing farm for the day and the weather couldn’t have been better. I can’t wait for their wedding in October!

Jeremy + Jessica | west Texas sunset

I just got home from shooting Jeremy & Jessica’s AMAZING wedding in Marfa at El Cosmico. Even though I am totally exhausted, I couldn’t keep myself from peeking at the photos the moment I got home. I hope to have the full blog post up in the next couple of weeks but for now, here’s one frame. Nothing beats the light from a west Texas sunset.
