Kate + Cavan | Bastrop State Park | Austin Wedding Photographer

I have been waiting to share this session with Kate and Cavan for weeks! They were so much fun to work with and Bastrop State Park was the perfect backdrop for their session.  For those who don’t know, Bastrop suffered from several catastrophic wild fires last summer. The juxtaposition of the new growth with the dissipating forest is truly beautiful and for the sake of these photos, symbolic of Kate and Cavan’s new life together. Ladies, if you are considering getting some boudoir photos done, Kate is co-owner and photographer for Peekaboo Boudoir here in Austin and she is such a pleasure to work with. James and I are excited to photograph Kate and Cavan’s wedding in the fall!
